About
After helping with the first phase of CCR's update in 2024, CCR reached out to help finalize the V2, accompanied by a full rebrand that overhauls the entirety of the brand, and as such, the website.

Problem
CCR's V1 fixed some of the issues but it was always meant to be a temporary step to a fuller-fledged reconstruction of the UX
My involvement with the project was more involved than it was last time around. I was brought on earlier, right after the new visual guidelines were laid out (colors, shapes etc). My job was to translate those guidelines into a functioning UX.

Solution
Most of CCR's complaints were on the UX side. The UI was pretty straightforward. After identifying how the new brand image could be adapted to the existing skeleton, I was soon focused on finding solutions to have a better surfing experience.
The plan was to add filters and a search function. Two things that were sorely missed in the initial website. I then created a filter system on pages which would display documents and reports pivotal to CCR's mission. Those filters were key to help users find the document/report they needed and smooth out the experience on the site. The filter were separated by themes pertaining to the document they were organizing. Gravity, date, type and place for the main ones. Some pages had specific inputs for specific documents.
