The new and improved website for SoSwing, a local dance group. Made entirely on Framer and Figma
Problem
So Swing was operating on an old website and was in need of an update. I offered my services as I routinely do photo missions for them.
The website was old, the pictures poorly presented and the navigation was obsolete. The website was not updated since the creation of the company and it showed. You need clear and impactful images as well as a clear navigation if you want to attract new members.
Solution
Modernizing and updating
The site was still being operated but was running on an outdated frame. I was tasked with making sure the site stays familiar to old members but enticing for potential newcomers. The company is small, local but has high ambition in their work and I wanted to be sure that "small & local" isn't the only thing people see when they look up the name.
The typography is big and bold, the colors evoke quality and history and the photos are in full display, showcasing their visual universe.
