Problem

The original F.A.Q. page was cluttered and lacked agency from the user. You could not search keywords for your questions nor browse thematically.

You only had floating blocks of all questions and answers all at once that you had to sift through to get the info you want. The result was that the FAQ was unwelcoming and difficult to navigate. Users in turn did not use it and only sent emails to have answers. Dated, slow and heavy

Solution

For a FAQ page to work it needs to be straight to the point, efficient and if possible on brand

My aim was to completely change the functioning of the page. Add a search bar, add themes to filter your research and guide the user effectively to the answer they are looking for. The search bar had to be branded so I used the snowy mountains and clouds from the brand image. The search bar acts as the lake used everywhere on the rest of the site.

You can search by keywords, use themes to find pre selected questions and find what you are looking for more efficiently.
